VUE more expenisve than prometric?

I took the 290 exam with prometric in july this year and it was £88, I am now ready for 291 to complete MCSA however the testing centre I used before is now closed as school term has started up there. I went to book with VUE as they have a centre near me and they want £103(88+15 tax!) whats the deal with this? how come i didnt pay tax with prometric

prometric dont charge VAT cuz with VUE you can get vouchers from https://www.getcertify4less.com
