I am struggling to find resources to help prepare for this exam, has anyone got any suggestions?

Do you have a valid VCP? If so you don't need to sit the Foundations exam.

Ahh I thought you had attended the VCP 5 training previously, in that case perhaps a look at a PluralSight subscription for a month so you can play the Foundation and VCP videos?

 

Have you seen cybrary.it, free registration provdes access to quite a number of technical training videos, I've recently been watching the VMware videos to follow up each chapter of Mastering VMware vSphere 6.

I also reviewed a few of the Network+ videos to remind me of some of the networking concepts.
