VOIP and cross talk

    this is just a theory which is probably wrong but i'll ask anyway :)
    Is it possible that when useing voip that if all your ethernet cables are bunched togethor u may end up with echo'ing on calls through cross talk? or is that arse ?

    Echo is usually down to codec issues imho

    Cross talk - no
    Noise or Interference is possible, IF the Ethernet cables being used aren't industry standard; or are in less than ideal locations (i.e. near power lines; fluorescent lighting; etc...)
