This is a genuine email I received this morning from a user having problems with their keyboard, I've seen similar emails on forums in the past but this is the first I actually received myself.

"I’ve een puffing, lowing and rushing since I discovered the prolem. The space-ar seems to have returned (pro tem) to normal service. Ut the 2nd letter is still conspicuous y its asence and the cursor control keys (except for the “up” key) still don’t work. I can, curiously, get the vb to work if I press the v with it –ut that’s notmuch useifthecursor keys areup thespout –andnowthespace-ar’s decided towithdraw co-operation intermittently.

Ididtrymovingtheconnectiontootherhus,withoutanyeffect.
