I read an article a few months ago about methods of booting into a PC that failed and one of the methods was a specially built linux distro on a USB stick. Does anyone know what it's called (I'm sure it was Linux).

    Cheers in Advance

RIP Linux will do this. It comes as an ISO image for burning to a cdrom, but there are instruction on how to put it on a USB device in a USB Readme file on the site.
