Hi,

I'm in need of some urgent advice. I've left it to the last moment to cancel my CCENT exam. Its scheduled for Saturday. I'm not ready to take it so I need to cancel. Problem is I can't reschedule as the exam is returning on Saturday! I can't cancel via my account as it keeps on saying 'credit card invalid' when I try clicking cancel. The online chat at Pearson is not available too.

Does anyone know how to cancel via email or even phone??? Need to cancel it tonight or tomorrow morning or I'll lose £120.
