upgrading an arctic freezer 7 pro to a Thermalright True Black 120

    is it worth doing?

    i have just got hold of a Q9400 and plain to over clock it. will my freezer 7 be good enuf or would you upgrade it?

    It depends on how much you plan to overlock it by, if you are only looking to overclock upto 3ghz then it should do the job just fine, but if you plan to go more then just keep an eye on the temp when stress testing and see how well if performs, you never know it might be ok. Also use a decent thermal paste eg Artic Silver 5...
