I am not sure if people who have taken the exam are allowed to answer this if they aren’t then sorry for asking :( but I was wondering roughly out of the 40 questions how many were about defining what words meant and terminology?

Hiya mate, I don't think were supposed to discuss specific questions about the exams because often they don't change the exam question on a regular basis BUT if you've done a bit of study I wouldn't worry too much about this exam. 99% of our IT staff have passed it so you'll be fine. Personally I passed it by not having any ideas of my own and putting what I thought they would want me to put. Good luck

That's true, the NDA stops us.

What I can say is that it will vary exam to exam. So there's no real point in saying X amount is based on this or that...

Passed mine last week with 75%, pass mark is 65%
Multiple choice but the hardest part was that some are formatted like

    Read these statements:
    1) The sun is round
    2) The moon is a satellite
    3) Asteroids are made of gas
    4) Planets never move
    Which of these are true:-
    A) 1 and 3
    B) 2 and 4
    C) 1 and 2
    D) 1, 2 and 3

Best publication I found was itSMF ITIL V3 Pocket Guide - An Introductory Overview of ITIL V3
    pages 12 to 44
