    Hi all

Can anyone tell me what the format of the tshoot exam is.

Is it just the scenario support tickets

The format is a few multiple choice standard answer questions then all scenario based tickets. The example on the Cisco learning site is pretty great plus you get the scenario layout ahead of time. Frankly if you've passed Route and Switch learn the scenario and pass the exam.

Cheers. Have tried the ticket sim on Cisco's website. How long do you get for the exam and does it tell you how you are doing on your tickets like their sim does.

Can't remember the time length, think it was 90 mins but might be wrong, I remember it being quite tight though. The exam does not show you a running score, it's marked at the end only. You can also flick between questions within a ticket but not between tickets.
