    Hi All,

Just signed up and as an It Developer with 20+ years experiance who has just been made redundant, I'm looking to retrain and really want to learn .net

I'm considering signing up with a training provider to obtain:

    Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) 70-536 - 70-528 Microsoft's BizTalk 70-235 and Microsoft's (MCDBA) 70-431

I'm really after any good feedback and personal experiances people might have on the training provider, it's .net training (uk) ltd. Or if anyone knows of a site that have reviewed online training providers that would also be helpful.

    Many thanks

Just as a follow up, when I click on the link under their "microsoft certified trainer" badge with their microsoft member-id - it fails to find anything on the microsoft site.

    Their explanation was:

"Thank you for bringing this to our attention, our technical team have looked into this and informed us that this is an error on the Microsoft solution provider page. Microsoft have apologized for any inconvenience and we hope this will be resolved in due course."

Strangely I couldn't find them eithet by manually going through the list of partners.

    Bit suss I think.....

    Welcome:)

I'm not being funny but if you have 20 years experience why do you need a company to give you some books and pay them a lot of money for it. That is essentially what a training provider does some have the odd workshop and some may have some sort of app that helps you learn.

With your experience I would have thought just getting the books and having a read would and practicing would be all you need.
