Training course materials blocked - should I be worried?

    Currently studying for CompTIA A+ exams ( 220-601 and 220-602 ) about two thirds through. When I tried to continue studying I could log on but it said I had NO ACCESS to any courses. Have tried to contact the company providing the course ( Webteks Ltd ) but no reply to either emails or telephones. I have paid for course in full and also my ex employers have paid the exam fees. HELP..what should I do now anyone any ideas/information?
    Webteks are based in Romford Essex UK.

    I notice you're based in Essex too. If it's close, you could always pay them a visit to ask what's going on. Failing that, you could contact trading standards or the local chamber of commerce.

    Hope all goes well and it's just a hiccup.

    leaving your employer after they've paid for your exam isnt nice!

    Same here, I tried ringing to cancel, got no answer, tried ringing webteks direct, got voicemail no reply, tried filling in forms and it doesnt work,
    at least the money is coming back in my account, direct debit came out to the company and went straight back in
