Well since now gaining the MCT and the PTLLS qualifications, I am now booked (provided everything goes ok) for the FITS Foundation "Train the Trainer" course at the end of the month. So I'll be able to deliver FITS level 4 - practitioner and possibly level 5 - manager (however not 100% sure on the level 5 one) courses.

FITS stands for Framework for ICT Technical Support. It is a collection of best practice processes from IT support providers all over the UK. Like MOF, it's based on ITIL.
