Thinking of a laptop

So I am thinking of finally getting a laptop... I do have a Lenovo t510 which is given to me by work.. but I don't use it for personal stuff and tend to leave it at the office a lot.

I am thinking of getting a laptop for personal use but can't decide if I should stick to a windows laptop or get a Mac book pro... Anyone that uses a Mac that went from Windows or use both, what are your thoughts? Is there a reason why you chose to go with a Mac?
