Had it get confused a couple of times in the past and not tell me if it did or didn't take the card details once.

Now considering I've only booked three exams through them thats not a good average :)

Good luck, I booked an exam recently - it took 5 mins for the website to accept my code

Must have been a very, very busy day

The Prometric site has been crap for years (IMO). It's in serious need of an upgrade. Pearson was always better I thought, so it's a shame you can't take MS certs with them any more.

I usually find the site abit slow, I've found its always best to check and double check that your exam is booked, booked where you want it, and booked at the time you wanted... just in case. :P

I personally don't find the Prometric website is fit for purpose as it's so slow a lot of the time sometimes to the point of giving up.

I had it show me different availabilty dates when I used it last, though I did manage to book my exam eventually for when I want it.

Kind of funny if you think about it, you wouldn't really think that an organisation that offers tech exams would have that much of a problem with their website.

Yeah, that’s what I did mate and they confirmed that the exam has been booked. I always thought that the website was cr@p but never was concerned that my exam booking had not gone through.

In the middle of an Exchange 2010 migration just now so might not have the time to take the exam after all but thought I would try and get it done before this 3 year recertify nonsense kicks in from CompTIA.
