the production switches we have at our work in like 4 years old

    The switches at work are like 3 to 4 years old and 2 are not under warranty anymore.

    They work well and they do their job,

    you guys think its good to replace them? cause its old and some arent under warrenty?

    I'd make sure I've got a spare one in case one of them dies. I would also recommend buying switches with lifetime warranty (there is quite a few of them).

    Can you not find a company that will provide maintenance support on them?

    As said either have a spare switch handy or buy a warranty from a hardware support company.

    Alternatively look at upgrading them. :)
