I'm unsure of what you downloaded and ran thinking it was HijackThis as HijackThis is not a program that you install. It's simply an .exe file that you double click and run. I've never seen anything about errors saying it wasn't a registered version. It's freeware and it's never installed so I don't see how you could possibly register it.

It's for sure that neither of the files you attached are a HighjackThis log file.

Went to google and typed in hijack this and got

Downloaded it and ran it!

Just had another look and there is another one so apologies, I will try the other one

 

LOL. When I type "HijackThis", it's not a typo. It's intentional. "HiJack this" is something else. I have no idea what it is.
