    Hello all,

Just wanted to know what people did to create test labs at home? Which is better, multi machines of dual boot/vm systems?

I have one home machine but not sure if I should rip it apart for this purpose.

    Any help would be grateful.

Cop out answer - bit of both, if you can manage it. Dual boot a couple of versions of Windows, and if you have a 2nd machine to rip up whilst you use the main one to learn on, then that's ideal, IMHO :)

Yeah got my machine now that is dual boot between XP and Win2K.

Was looking at some test questions on the techexams website and a lot had to do with 95 and it is that long since I used it I had forgot to be honest!

Just wondering if I should rebuild my machine with a server edition of Windows along with XP and possibly use a 2nd machine for 95/98?

Got plenty of servers at work but doubt the system administrator would be happy mucking about in the server room! :D

For the A+ you would be better off getting hold of a second physical PC that you can strip down to the bare case and rebuild.
