Just tried to go on tech-unity and after a few seconds it redirects to another page, the page isn't in english.

strange, it's still happening here.

 

don't know how someone has managed to do it, but someone has managed to post a thread containing html code to redirect to another site, even though html is disabled in the forum rules.
