    Hey guys, any last minute tips for me, I have my essentials tomorrow at 2pm, im really nervous, i have read the whole mike meyers AIO from cover to cover, watched most of professor messers vids, used the exam cram book and cd to practice questions, well,those and some others, im scoring very well, like 95% - 99% but thats probably familiarity with the questions, all in all i feel quite prepared but but im so nervous!

    hi there,

    you don't mention, but assuming this is your first exam; try to relax!

    Easier said than done, although try and remember;

    You know the exam objectives
    You have multiple choice (normally, two are obvious leaving two *real* choices)
    It's an exam and one of many I assume.

    Try and get a good nights sleep and just review key points before hand.

    Good luck and post back with your score!

    It's alright to be familiar with the questions, it's being familiar with the answers that's going to throw your practice test scores. Now I've figured that out I don't look at the answers until I'm already confident I'll pass.

    Tips:
    Go through the questions carefully. Make sure you read the question and ALL the answers before making your choice. If you're in any way not sure, mark the question, but answer EVERY question. You're first guess is quite often your best guess.
    After doing all the questions, review the marked questions. Only change your mind if you're sure your first guess was wrong.
    Run through all the questions again quickly, there may be some silly mistakes there. I know I made a couple.

    Don't worry about being nervous, I think we all were. Just try and stay focused . If you happen to have a bad start like I did in my 602, don't let it throw you. I thought I'd failed and I passed very comfortably.

    EDIT: I almost forgot. Good Luck!

    Soundian has some great advice, what I would say is if you've taken a ton of practice exams like I have don't expect to see the same questions on the real exam. I guess I was hoping at least one or two of the questions would be similar to my practice questions, I think the practice exams just gauged my understanding level. Like everyone has said before if you get decent marks on them you're ready, the test is not as hard as some practice exams. Good luck, stay calm, answer every question, mark questions for review your unsure of, and stay calm.
