suspect memory?

Well, finally got a new amd 64 3000 skt 939 cpu. Tried it in the DFI Lan Party mobo with the tested memory and working GPU. Guess what?? I still get no display, not even the gpu bios screen. Now i'm not sure of teh beep codes the DFi is giving, hard to tell if its one 1 and 3 short or 1 long and 2 short it goes so fast.
Plan on building this system from scratch using teh original ASUS board, this CPU, memory and gpu again and see what happens. But so far, all components have been tested in different pc and found to be working individually, and i've had 2 mobos, 2 cpus, 2 gpus, 4 sticks of memory and 2 psus in teh one system in variuos combos and it still wont work. So i have no idea and its frustrating me now.
