Where are people off to this year if anywhere?

We have 2 weeks booked in Lanzarote, last week July first week August. Relaxation and Beer for 2weeks in the sun. Just a shame we have to take the kids

6 of us going to Tenerife for 2 weeks in July, can't wait!

 

I'll be spending from the end of july until the middle of aug waiting to see when wor lass gives birth to our third child and then 2 weeks off or

 

Looks like I'll be spending three or four days in June in Portland. My son, who is in the Marine Corps, is shipping out to Iraq on June 21st so before that, we're going to have a family reunion of sorts.

Other than that, no plans.

 

Got a week in Turkey in June with the misses, and a week in Kavos, Greece with my 10 of my mates... cant wait for either!

 

Already went - Destin, Florida. Might take a little time and visit my wife's family in West Virginia over a long weekend.

 

I have a girlfriend in dublin who goes to turkey every year for vacation. Not sure where she goes though. She even talking about buying a vacation home there so it must be pretty nice.

 

Yeah, I've not been there before but i've heard so many great reviews about the place! Its really hot (Compared to us in the UK ) and its cheap as anything, there money really isnt strong in the economy.

Dublins a pretty nice place too, my mum is from there so we visit quite alot, everyone's so nice and welcoming over there!

 

Going to France with some friends in June, beer & music festivals in July and Italy in August

 

It's a BIG country, AJ. Don't just restrict yourself to Florida. There are plenty of other places to choose from...some not so swampy or humid.

 

Anyone been to Eriska? we're going there for the first part of our honeymoon (well, it looked a bit "different", and surrounding area is gorgeous!!!)

Totally - much better than a honeymoon lazing around on a beach somewhere...have you seen the activities they have? Hopefully it'll be something really special/ memorable...no-one we know seems to have heard of it though

 

No one coming to Cyprus for the summer?

 

Goin South Africa in september. Then paying for it for the rest of the year

 

Where abouts???

 

I'm going back to Oz for a month.

 

Nothing planned as yet.
But will go away for a few long weekends to Kent.
Friends have a house next to the beach, but more importantly next to a really decent pub!
