    Lol - just make sure you don't end up pulling something - or throwing it into the tv set or something...those things are lethal (at least for people who like to sue a lot!!)

    Not trying to be rude, but it probably just needs to get through your system!! It takes something like 3500 calories to put on 1lb of body fat, so unless you've been having the equivilent to 2 big curries a day :eek: for the last 10 days, then no need to worry!! :biggrin

    ....(sorry - meant two curries ONTOP of the usual 2500 calories - ish intake)

    If you want to give your metabolism a head start;

    1) Eat Breakfast

    2) Drink strong coffee before a *big* meal

    Yeah - that makes sense!! Never thought of it though - thank you!!! :biggrin

    Talking about dietry habits, the other half's sister got me a book called the "diet doctor" for Christmas. I was just about to throttle her (as I am a size 12, and a whopping great 5 "10" so shouldn't need to diet anymore - unless I wanna be annorexic!!) when I looked in the book and it turned out that it's actually what it says - a diet doctor - has loads of cool facts about the body and some self-diognosis stuff too - quite a good little book - gonna let her off for now - lol!!

    Hmmm, what on? There's loads.......apparently if your tongue is pale, it indicates a state of deficiency in the body - lack of vitamins, and perhaps protein, hormonal problem is a maybe too....red tip indicates stress, insommnia...then there's a section on the colour / size and shape of your stools, eye diognosis...:eek: this book could lead one to OCD!!! LOL!
