In my line of work I have to sometime help customers with creating PDFs through Quark Express, or help them to send files by FTP sometime this is on the phone or by emailing them with screenshots etc but a lot of the time I have to deal with people face to face which I actually prefer because when your on then of the phone people do think your a t*@t who sits on their arse all day long, but if the meet you face to face they actually see what your up against and how you respond to the situations you face.

At some point I will get into IT and realise that I probably will have to start on a helpdesk but I would much rather be hands on and meet the customer, so I could address his or her concerns and do the job.

    UCHEEKYMONKEY,

A more complete waste of time is one where you're not getting paid.
