Learning to be a developer from videos is far harder than learning first hand, IMHO. Of course, I'm crap at programming so that doesn't help. If you're sure you want to change career paths, and are convinced that video training is the way to go, then (once you've changed your username) you should probably check out the CBT Nuggets. They're the best series of CBTs I've ever used for anything.
