Yeah im taking sql in order to get my mcsd.net. And just wondering if there is any good free software out there that a guy ca use to practise for his exams comming up next week. Most of the online ones are very easy and want something to really griil me one that feels very microsoft

Well I would be putting the exam back - otherwise you will do your dough.

The SQL electives are rightfully tougher than standard MCP/MCSE exams.

To pass SQL exams you will need:

1. minimum of 6 months experience with SQL
2. A study lab at hoem or work with SQL
3. Microsoft Official Curriculum [MOC] training - let work pay for this..
4. Serious test software from the like of Transcender/Self Test

- you need something to test you fully to see where you need to improve otherwise the SQL exams are just too tough.

 

I don't have any links to free practice tests, but I do have a link to a site for getting some practice in writing sql queries.

I'd agree with supa on his recommendations on practice exams. What you get for free on the net will not come close to equaling the difficulty of the questions on the real exams. Transcender and Self Test will give you a very good approximation of real tests. They are spendy, but well worth the money.

 

Another good site for practising sql statements is www.sqlcourse.com .
