I have just joined the forum. I think is very cool.

I would like to become a database administrator.

Any thoughts or advices how to start will be greatly appreciated.

Basically I need help to go in the right direction towards DBA.

I am currently working as a CSM engineer using a lot of databases. I love it. But i would like to move forward and upward. Please advise.
