I can support a 900 user AD domain but I can't add a f@~$&"g picture to my signature!

My knowledge on forum pages is awful how would I go about this?

User CP - Edit Signature

'Insert Image' on the toolbar. (Under the font, size and colour)

Click "User CP" in the toolbar.

Click on Edit signature

Assuming this is a picture hosted on an internet site somewhere, in the pane add the URL surrounded by opening and closing image tags as in the example.

 

What if the picture is on my local machine? Can that be done?

No only if you upload it to some web space, there are many free image hosting websites available on the net. I don't have any links to hand but a quick goggle should turn up a few.
