Don't forget we're also the council that was highlighted for "spying" on residents with cameras

Just read that on the news channel. 2 complaints and they chuck loads of money out the door.

It does look a bit NAFF. But still its better then what they do in southampton....The council here hate spending a penny to promote christmas or the city for that fact....

Where can I get one?

 

When I lived in the US, I worked for a company that was super politically correct to the point of not allowing a Christmas tree because it might offend non-Christians. It caused such an uproar that the following year, we had one, but it had to be called a "Holiday Tree" and couldn't have any obviously Christian decorations. Nothing beats a bit of political correctness / health and safety to ruin the Holiday season.
