    …was a bit trousers wasn't it?

I wouldn’t bother watching it again. Crap bond girls ('Fields' was entirely useless and just a visual). An ‘M’ that’s lost her sting. Meandering plot full of holes and filler dialogue/scenes. Action sequences that, while impressive, suffer from ‘Cloverfield’ camera syndrome and an overwhelming end result of “Meh…so what” reactions emerging from the viewer in the aftermath. It’s entirely plausible to believe the editor had a nervous breakdown and/or ADHD cutting this film together too.

Overall, less-than-stellar popcorn fluff but more importantly a real kick in the teeth to the rebooted Bond franchise after (in my opinion) the excellent Casino Royale.

Forgettable is the only word to sum up this film. A real shame really.

I wouldn't given it quite the kicking you did, but I agree it could have been much better. Casino Royale actually had a decent story, QOS had quite a poor plot IMO. Then again, QOS is effectively a line from a Flemming short story. It's not even based on the short story from what I hear. There are plenty of good writers out there that could knock up a good bond plot surely?

I just don't like the new format of bond, bond doesn't seem to be bond any more

it might as well be just any action film
