Well since certain people are scrutanising everything I post or atleast it looks that way when I look at the who's online option I am going a way for a while. Hopefully when I come back those certain people will have realised what's important to keep a forums integrity intact.

 

Don't worry mate, I'm sure masses of inane threads where the OP ignores the advice given on a continual basis will make up for your helpful posts which will be missing for a while ... oh hang on ...

 

I don't think its worth it to take ANY internet forum so seriously - these are quite haughty terms to use for a forum, even one as good as CF.

Any public forum is going to have a few clashes of personality and the odd 'troll', but that's the price we all pay. The alternative is to have a private forum, but then that may remain forever in obscurity and insularity.

If somebody's getting your goat mate watch the film La Strada about the travelling circus strongman (Anthony Quinn) whose ultimate downfall is brought about by his angry reaction to the character known as 'The Fool' - don't become that strongman!
