took one last week failed. took another one today, failed.
do I have to wait 2 weeks to reattempt or that 2 weeks wait rule apply if I fail one more time now?
on the paper, it says 1st and 2nd retry have no wait time but from 3rd, you have to wait 2 weeks.
so does that retry count from 1 fail, 2nd fail, 3rd fail and wait or 1try, 2nd try, 2 week wait 3rd try?
how does it work?
