Running HP xw8200 (dual 3gig proc, 5 gig ram, broadcom gig NIC, Matrox quad head video). XP Pro sp2 running a Geo program called kingdom suite 7.5 connecting to a NetApp over gig backbone. running the process on the local box is fine and fast but when I try the same process over the wire, it bogs down. It is definitely not the Network or the NetApp. Something to do with SMB on the system or the bus?

Oh, I have made sure that TcpWindowSize is large and also Lanmanserver parms are set...

    Very stumped..

Has anyone heard of a permanent fix for this issue?
