Sitting MCDST on Friday!

    Currently studying for my MCDST certification what material should I use? As I dont want to re-sit it :(

    My college is still running the exam not sure how they can do it if the exams are retired, don't ask me :blink
    I have been reading my Microsoft Press books and attempting Microsoft's Review Suite
    What other resources should I focus on?

    Well, if you're sitting the exam on Friday, it's a bit late to start looking at something new.
    Just make sure you've taken in everything you've done so far and read over any review notes you have.
    Have a crack at some practice questions and then give your brain a chance to cool down.

    Leaving the studying for two exams to 2 or 3 days before they take place, is not wise. Unless you can read AND absorb the contents of roughly 1000 pages of material in such a short time, you'll just end up needlessly stressing yourself out.

    I'd be surprised if the exams take place. My understanding is that even the 71-xxx's for MCDST has been discontinued. Better check with your Uni before attempting...
