    Hi all,

Ive got a connect3d x800xl pci express vga card (the 512 version) which has a fan on its way out, It is just under a year old so just trying to see if I can return it to get it replaced or if they can send/sell me a HSF assembly for the card. If not it looks like im in the market for a new VGA card.

I like ATI and am happy with the performance that the x800xl gave me, I dont really want to spend a vast amount of money on a new card, so Im happy for a side step on the upgrade path, any suggestions?

    Thanks everyone
    Dale

Wheter you sort it out yourself or not, you shouldn't be forking out for a new card inside of a year. That's what warranties are for.:D

yeah, I've had to replace the HSF on a video card. Got an Arctic Cooling Silencer. Wasn't too difficult.
