    Guys, a little help please.

We have a sharepoint server that has its search index corrupted with the following error message:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: Office Server Search
    Event Category: Content index server
    Event ID: 4127
    Date:
    Time:
    User: N/A
    Computer:
    Description:
Content index on Portal_Content could not be initialized. Error The content index is corrupt. 0xc0041800.Component: 1a42c22a-da49-4651-80ab-99f19176ac8a

This occured after i rebooted the server

Here are the rest of the logs (which i'm trying to understand). Can someone tell what could have caused the corruption in the first place? I reboot the server once a week and no problem than and now this pops up. I have already rebuilt the index but i would like to find out "why" it happened in the first place.

Couple of thing i noticed is one there is an event ID 100 ESENT SVCHOST 840 that stated the database has stopped. First time that ID has appeared. Another one is MSINSTALLER Event ID 11728 is .NET 3.5 SP1 configuration. Could either caused the corruption in the first place?
