    Hi

I formatted my Sony Vaio VGC-RM1N which was set up for a RAID 0 Array configuration and installed Vista Business (clean install) and now it doesn't have the RAID 0 Array configuration any more.

It has 2x 500GB HD’s which originally showed up as one TB HD. Now it shows up as having 2x 500GB HD’s.

I would rather get it back to have it was.

    Can anybody help me please?

    Thanks

    Bob

Were you using hardware or software RAID previously?

I would check the screen when you first boot up your computer as quite a few hardware RAID controllers have a setup utility which you can access by hitting a certain key combination. Perhaps also try checking 'device manager' and 'disk management' in Windows.

Hopefully I am not stating the obvious but I would find the motherboard manual, this will tell you whether you have hardware raid capability and the process to set it up :)
