I know the *new* Server 2003 has been out for some time and that a new set of MS Press books for the Core Exams has also been released but how will all this affect someone like me who will study for MS exams using the old MS first edition books and Server 2003 (1st edition)?

Oh and what changes are in R2? 8)

hmm, good question. checking the mcse faq only shows very old questions (like, when will the 2003 exams be available? *sic*).

i haven't worked with r2 yet, but seeing the summary of the new features, i'm not overly excited. however, there is one feature that i've been looking forward to for a long time, namely improved dfs replication. finally!
