Hi, as the title indicates I am attempting the self study route for my MCAD and would really appreciate any help and advice from people who are taking or have taken a similar route. I have done a bit of VB but only at a basic level really, so I am pretty much starting from scratch. I already own a few books which are:

(think mine is the first edition)

If anybody has some different books they have had experience with and would be more appropriate/better or can be used in addition to these then please tell me. Also which order in which to do the books/exams , I have decided on starting with the 70-315 but not sure after that and any good sites or material on the web that really helped you and what software/books you used for exam preperation, thank you.
