Hey guys n gals, I need to start to book some exams to push me a bit (had some money hassles which has caused delay).

I've registered for Second Shot and have my voucher number. Question is, when I go thru' to Prometric to book will it allow me to use the discount voucher from the MSPress book or do you have to pay full normal price to take advantage of Second Shot ?

Just need to know as funds are still tight and I'll need to make sure I have enough money in the account to pay for the exam.

    Cheers

you can either use the 2nd shot voucher or the discounted voucher from the MS Press Book, but NOT BOTH

your better using the 2nd shot - the ms press voucher reduces the price by how much £7?, you'll be saving £88 if you fail, and need a retake

Hmmm... I booked 272 and used the second shot first, then the MS Press book discount... it didn't say one knocked the other off... and I got the discount.

    Ooops?

The MS Press book notes that come with the voucher do say (it does in mine anyway) that:

'This voucher may not be combined with other vouchers or discounts'

I haven't used any of mine; I've always gone for second shot, as you potentially 'save' a heck of a lot more money.

You think that's bad, I couldn't use my 2nd Shot voucher because I used corporate exam vouchers rather than paying each time for the exams, and those vouchers can be close to full price depending on what sort of quantity you buy at a time

pretty messed up if you ask me
