    Hi all,

Just thought I'd point out this little application I've come across when helping out a user. This application gives a coloured tint to a screen which can aid dyslexia and other difficulties.

Thanks Dales that's a good bit software and it's free, one of the customers at work enquired about this about month ago and had changed the desktop screen colour in windows to allow for her poor eye sight. However in doing this, this mean't that all her documents had a light blue background (kinda like a water mark). So this software is blessing.....

Are the accessbility options within XP no good for this?

I'm not sure how reducing the glare on a pc monitor can help someone who sees the letters mixed up (dyslexia) but if it does thats cool.

Does xp not offer such goodies like what Mr Cheeks said.

unfortunately not, the high contrast options and other graphical tidbits dont do it for some forms of dyslexia.

aparentley some forms are assisted by a gentle tint of the whole screen it kind of looks like when a one of the guns have gone on a crt.

The chappie I set it up for seemed to think it helped him quite alot, its also recognised by access to work which is an government department.
