There is a great thread going on at another forum (VXR220 owners club). You can get the gist of it after 2 or 3 pages but it goes on for a long time. It's quite entertaining seeing more and more evidence come out that the members find out. The guy just doesn't give up though, he seems incapable of coming clean even with evidence staring him in the face.

seems to me the guy didnt know the car had been crashed prior to him buying it due to a number plate change

have vx220 in the garage here, mates left it there and moved to singapore.

I don't know how far into the thread you read, but the guy is clearly a wrongun. His own mother would hand him in based on the stuff that came out later on.

Yeah I know exactly how you feel because I feel the same way. They never do the right thing, only benefit them selves.

 

Lets face it, this guy is dumb. He gets a car that's almost been written off, of which there have only been 60 made. He then goes looking for spare parts to fix said car on a specialist owners forum, then a few months later trys to sell it via the same forum.

Scumbag and a stupid one at that.

I've seen this sort of thing time and time again! These idiots buy crash damaged vehicles and flog 'em off when repaired WITHOUT disclosing the history! They have little regard for human life by not even bothering to check the structural integraty of the chassis etc...

Glad the scumbag was caught out!
