hi all

tying myself in knots here with RIS

I have created an unattended answer file in setup manager for RIS which outputs a remboot.sif file. is this the file thats used for the answers or does it have to be renamed to RISTNDRD.SIF?

hi all

cracked it

create the file in setup manager which outputs a remboot.sif file. then rename to RISTNDRD.SIF and then copy to the templates folder. tested and it works fine.

phew was pulling my hair out

if anyone has a better method then id like to know

My next question is how do i get RIS to assign different computer names from a pool i have as at the moment its only assigning one but if i do multiple then im gonna have probs.
