    sorry for disturbing you

came again with a different question but same subject

    1-

    IMAGE DELETED - SG

hey here is ullaan batar and beijing routers and think that you have given names and ip addresses and interfaces also set the local side of ulaaan batar router "but not any routing"

in this position should a ping from workstation be successful to "serial interface of ulaaan batar" ?

my thought : no , because according to workstation a , serial side of ulaaan batar is remote and routing is needed "am i thinking wrong"?

however , asking an another question too

2- imagine the same schema but with these ip addresses below

between workstation a and ulaaan batar , network address is 172.16.2.0/24
between ulaaan batar and beijing router , network address is 172.16.1.0/24
between beijing router and workstation b , network address is 172.16.3.0/24

and may our routing protocol be "RIP"

due to my words and RIP , subnet mask won't be sent to next router like
ulaaan will send 172.16.0.0 / 16 and beijing does it too

but both of them already knows 172.16.0.0 so packets will not be routed properly
am i wrong ? if not why ?

Kobem, do you realize that posting that you are breaking copy right laws and could get CF in trouble? I have found some of the other stuff you have posted and it is cisco stuff. Cisco does not play nice with people that infringe on their copy right material.

I don't care where you got them or how much you paid for them kobem. You are not allowed to republish their stuff like this without express permission from cisco. And I know they have not given that to you. You need to remove their material and find your own wording.

    kobem,

    Questions:
    1. Which CCNA course?
    2. What is the name of the association?
    3. Where is your written authorization from Cisco Systems Inc. stating you may publish their copyrighted material to the Internet from the Cisco Networking Academy Program?

    Kobem,

Mitzs and r.h.lee are correct in that unless you have explicit permission from Cisco to use the image that you supplied you are infringing copyright and could land yourself and CertForums in trouble.

I have removed the image from you opening post.

A certificate does not mean you can post their material on this site or anywhere else, you could get certforums in legal trouble.

Not being able to ask the correct question is a symptom of a lack of the basic knowledge in a subject.

    Kobem,

You are not going to like this suggestion, but I'm going to say it anyway.

Pack up all of your CCNA/CNAP or what books you have got, lock them away in a draw, forget about them for 12-18 months and go back to basics and look at the Network+.

In fact do you have any other IT certifications?
