    Hi,

What do you guys use at work for remote desktop software?

We are thinking about maybe Dameware iternally and logmeinrescue for external use.

RoyalTS for RDP. VNC internally if you want to shadow someone's desktop. Logmein for outside support (****s all over GoToMyPC and is free)

We were thinking about GoToMyPC instead of logmeinresuce.

logmein is free but that involves installing software on the users computer whereas logmeinrescue does not i believe?

used a load of different ones with contracting at different places but Dameware is the best I've used. For external users at present I'm using teamview which is pretty good.

We've just moved from Kaseya to Labtech, both paid for items and do lots more than just remote support (for reference they use MSTSC and VNC for the actual remote access), but also use Crossloops for the occasional place thats behind odd firewalls, oh and an older version of DualDesk which is effectively a wrapper around tightvnc.
