My tele has went on the blink and was thinking of using Windows Media Centre to watch the tele, is there any good remote control apps for android that I could use?

Any help would be great

I use Unified Remote - https://market.android.com/details?id=com.Relmtech.Remote&feature=search_result , hope that helps?

No problems here, I've got the paid version (more features) works well with my HTPC/XBMC setup

 

I've used the previous version of Unified Remote and it works great. You can do all sorts of stuff such as task switch etc.
