Registering at a Prometric center

While I was registering for an exam date at a prometric center in India, I was asked for my CompTIA membership ID without which they could not proceed. I didn't buy the vouchers directly from CompTIA but bought them from a training center that deals with it. I wasn't given any membership ID nor do I have a CompTIA membership (which I believe is a paid membership). Can anyone help me out on this?

Speak to the training center. If they registered you they should have given your email address to Comptia.

 

They did not register me for I didn't have the ID. I believe that the person at the testing center wasn't aware of the registration procedure. I will get back to the training center from where I purchased the voucher.
