Well, we kinda had a issue yesterday at work....when are badly designed 2008 Server ended up with less than 500mb on the system drive despite being a 50 GB drive and it started to drop megabyte by megabyte, as people continued to work:|

The proposal is to sort this out by moving the USers profiles across from C: drive to D: drive which has tons of space!, but were not sure the best way to do this. Ive read online, and seen quite a few suggestions about how to do this, but I just wanted some opinions from people who had actually done this and found the best way in their experience.:)

On a side related note. Were having a few users take the p1ss with the internet and watching god knows what, and one user had a nice 2gb size of Temporary Intenet Files - no one seems to delete them at all:|

I know there is a feature in 2008 that allows you to delete certain folders at intervals via GPO, and the temporay internet folder can be set tio delete at around every 90 mins or so...........has anyone use this feature yet? does it cause any issues?

    cheers
