    Hi there,

I'm just about to start a BTEC Advanced Diploma (level 3) in Network Design and Administration.

I don't have any employed experience in an I.T role. With that in mind, once I have complete this course and fingers crossed gain the qualifacation - what jobs should I realistically be applying to (that I have a chance of getting), considering my lack of experience, but yet a decent qualifacation behind me?

I'm basically thinking Help Desk Jobs/1st Line Support. Is there any other I should be keeping my eyes open for.

    Hi,

If you find your struggling - I would highly recommend doing voluntary work to gain that vital experience that will help in job interviews. That's the apporach I took and it paid off! :)

A+, Network+ and MCDST would also be worth looking at. :)

    Good luck!
