Seems like a nice looking tidy CV to me, no major complaints.

Maybe a few minor english tweaks here and there ?

I'm no english major so perhaps get a second opinion. I always get someone good at english to review my CV .

"I take great pride in my work and work well as part of a team as well as an individual."

This does not read well to me, find a way to remove/rearrange the double occurence of 'work' and 'well' ?

"Manage server backups and data recovery."

Replace 'Manage' with 'Management of' ?

You seem to have a mix of various tenses ? Again my english is not that great but I'd have thought previous job descriptions should be in past tense. So maybe replace 'Managing' with 'Managment of' etc ? However its possible the prelude of 'My responsibilites included:-' makes this fine.

"References will be given on request."

Maybe replace 'given' with 'provided' ?
