the nice thing with a degree is that its yours for life. Ok mine is going to cost me and arm and a leg (maybe 2) but to me having a Computer Networking degree could be a little bit of an advantage later in life. Ill be doing programming and a little mobile computer devices (seems they common in degree programs) aswell but after your degree you will have a firm standing in more than one area as your title is Information Systems.

Find out if they do a placement - invaluable job experience! 8)

they do have placement stuff, thats on the secone year. This is how its put out on the sheet word for word.

    Year 2
The year 2 curriculum begins to provide a more specialised focus, depending on the pathway selected. All second year students have the option of undertaking a 12 month industrial placement, before beginning their third year.
